KEEPING AN EYE ON THE ENEMIES OF THE DOLPHINS

Hi Dolphins Faithful

I know lots of Miami Dolphins faithful try to not only keep up with their favorite team the Dolphins, but also try to keep an eye on what the loathed division rivals are up to, We decided to periodically see what’s happening in the enemy base.

Here’s a blog post to keep you filled in on what the other teams in our division are up to

Bills Hire Puppet as GM

By Steve

All hail king McDermott, who is more powerful in Pegula tower, Sean “dougy” McDermott or Jack Eichel? Jeez.

Brandon Beane, some Panthers flake is the new general manager. Is he qualified? Probs. Is he a puppet of McD? Of course. Here’s Terry’s statement:

“”During our search for a new General Manager, Brandon stood out to Kim and I as he embodies the type of leader and type of person we want in our organization. Brandon has excelled in a variety of roles for a Panthers team that has consistently competed at a high-level in this league. We feel his vast understanding and experience in many facets of football operations will be invaluable to our club moving forward. We also believe his vision for the Buffalo Bills combined with his detailed approach will help build a foundation for sustained success. We are pleased to welcome Brandon and his family to Buffalo.””

142-145-1
Thats the record of the Panthers since Carolina hired Brandon Beane. Guy doesnt even have his own wikipedia page. Is that consistently competed at a high level?

Why did Riverside the Great become a Jets fan?

In the year 2000, I was 7 years old living in a town of Camino, CA and beginning to get into sports. My dad is a 49ers fan, and he loves talking about football which began my interest into football. My parents decided to watch a Monday Night Football Game, and it was the first football game that I watched. It so happens to be the October 23, 2000 Jets vs Dolphins game “Monday Night Miracle”. SPYGAMES: Penalties by Player: Year in Review

KEEPING A WATCHFUL EYE ON THE ENEMIES OF THE MIAMI DOLPHINS

Hello Miami Dolphins Faithful

It seems that so many Miami Dolphins fans like to not only keep up with their favorite team the Dolphins, but also like to keep track of what the despised division foes are up to, We decided to periodically check out what’s happening across enemy lines.

Here’s a link to keep you informed on what the other teams in our division are up to

Penalties by Player: Year in Review

Here’s the second of my anticipated three part series to wrap up 2016 penalties committed by the Buffalo Bills! Look for the third installment soon; titled “Penalties: Why the Bills Ought to Hire Me.”

A few notes on this and that before we begin…

  • Here’s the link for any newcomers on my signature “Penalty Harm” stats
  • Penalty counts include offset and declined penalties. So no whining that they don’t match the totals of other sites. I do this because I think the tendency to commit penalties is important. Just because something worse happened to your team on the same play doesn’t excuse you from your own **** up
  • However, offset and declined penalties are assessed 0.0 harm. Harm is more like how it affected the team, whereas counts reflect individual actions
  • Some positions are FAR more likely to get penalties than others, so for each player I’ll try to bring in some facts about that position league wide to put it in better context. Ex: CBs are penalty prone by nature, and a CB having a higher count than a LB is meaningless. We need to compare CBs to CBs
  • For my countdown here, I’m more worried about player tendency than damage done. So my “top ten” is by count as they represent players that provide the most numerous opportunity for a face ” >”>

Patriots sign DE Deatrich Wise Jr., OC James Ferentz & TE Sam Cotton; release OG Chris Barker

New England has made four transactions today.

Even though the NFL has entered the slowest period, the New England Patriots have been busy over the last two days. The team saw free agent running back LeGarrette Blount sign with the Philadelphia Eagles, while it released tight end Rob Housler and had two players in for visits.

Today, the reigning world champions continued working on their roster’s depth: According to a team press release, New England signed rookie defensive edge Deatrich Wise Jr., selected in the fourth round of this year’s draft, as well as center James Ferentz and tight end Sam Cotton. Additionally, the Patriots released guard Chris Barker.

New England picked Wise, who spent the entirety of his five-year college career at Arkansas, with the 131st selection of this year’s draft. Over the next few weeks, the 22-year old will fight for playing and practice time behind the Patriots’ returning edge defenders Trey Flower and Rob Ninkovich as well as fellow offseason acquisitions Kony Ealy and Derek Rivers.

Still, given his draft status and upside, Wise is projected to make the team’s 53-man roster. The same cannot be said for the other two players the Patriots signed today, who both appear to be ca ” >”>
